The Remmen Building was designed by O. Remmen in 1907 as a four unit apartment house. It is part of an adaptive reuse and redevelopment project, Park + Market that necessitated the historic building be re-positioned and restored/rehabilitated. The leaded glass windows are original architectural character-defining features.
